J. Vilaseca S.A., a paper mill established in 1714, offers a broad range of speciality papers for a variety of markets: graphic paper, indoor and outdoor advertising poster paper, security, wine label base paper and industrial base paper.

J. Vilaseca S.A. is a very modern mill that incorporates high technology in all its processes. Although it was founded nearly 300 years ago, thanks to its ongoing investment policy, the company makes use of the most modern machines and facilities and has adapted its mill structure – increasing its production capacity up to 63.000 Tn/year – in order to be able to achieve a strategic size to meet the demands of a global speciality and high added value market.

J. Vilaseca S.A. has always based its product strategy on superb quality and constant innovation, reinforcing the R&D department in order to satisfy the needs of its clients, adapting to the changes and trends of the market. Its facilities are equipped with:

• 3 paper machines : 160 cm/, 163 cm (mould machine) & 336 cm wide.
• The finish division is composed of 3 rewinders, 2 cutters, a calender stack, 2 wrapping machines and a complete cutting, wrapping and packaging process for A4 / A3 size. They’re also equipped with 2 embossing machines in order to engrave different designs and a laminating machine.
• An intelligent storage pit with a capacity for 6000 tons.
• 63 inches / 160 cm wide offline coater.
